Are your products gluten-free and nut-free?

General Questions
How long will one balm last me?
With regular use, a single balm typically lasts 4-6 weeks. Though, some customers say they finish faster, especially if they share.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
I never received my order. What now?
If your tracking says "delivered" but you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your local mail carrier. Still missing? Email support@vybeitlips.com and we’ll help you out.
Can I return or exchange Vybe-It products?
Because of the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
